Personal Information Collection Statement

The personal data collected will only be used for purposes directly related to the reported incident that you have notified. Anonymous reports that fail to provide relevant personal information are generally not accepted. Therefore, we strongly recommend that reports should not be made anonymously. The personal data submitted will be held and kept confidential by us, and may be transferred to the persons or institutions that we contact in handling this case, including the respondent or other relevant persons or institutions, and the personal information provided may also be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or other relevant entities. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (if applicable), you have the right to access and correct your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, the request must be made in writing and addressed to our Data Privacy Director.
